ABOUT

Hi! I’m Savannah Reese Benton (But my friends just call me Reese!). I’m a 17 year old Nashville Native- born and raised in Music City. I’ve been performing since I was three: starting with competition dance, and eventually transferring into a passion for musical theater. I made my professional debut as the title role in Act Too Pro's Matilda at the age of nine. Since then, i’ve had the chance to appear in some professional productions with notable companies such as Studio Tenn Theatre Company, The Nashville Opera, and Lythgoe Family Panto at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center. I also sing on studio cast albums with Disney Theatrical Broadway Jr, along with Sony and Dreamworks. (Noteable credits include: Finding Nemo Jr and Kids, Mean Girls Jr. and High School, Prince of Egypt, How To Train Your Dragon Jr., 101 Dalmations Jr., Beetlejuice: Jr. and High School, Lyle Lyle Crocodile, Trolls Jr., School of Rock: Kids, Between The Lines Jr., 13: The Musical Jr., and Dare To Dream (a new Disney musical).) I’m currently a member of CPA Competition Dance Company, where I train in all genres of dance. I’m also a member of the UDA All American Dance Team. I take advanced hip-hop training at Area 54 (Roots Dance Academy). Additionally, I trains in all styles at Millennium Dance Complex. When I’m not on the stage or in the studio, I love going to the gym, eating sushi, journaling, songwriting, doing hot yoga, and spending time with my family, friends, and dog.
